SIAN RICHARDSON is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Squarespace.
The Squarespace Templates are designed to be used for Squarespace websites, but SIAN RICHARDSON is not responsible for any updates or changes Squarespace chooses to make with their platform.
LICENSING
SQUARESPACE TEMPLATE LICENSING
One purchase = one license (aka one website). You can use the templates for client websites, but for every website you use it on you must make another purchase. You may not re-use, re-sell, or re-distribute any of the designs, content, or templates.
Any and all stock photography, videography and other resources used in the demo websites and designs of any templates remain property of the original creator, and you are required to acquire your own license for these.
All copyrights to elements, graphics, and designs are retained by SIAN RICHARDSON with all rights reserved. No other use is hereby authorized.
THE STASH LICENSING
There are two options for purchasing The Stash, depending on how you are going to be using it within your business.
01 — Personal/Internal Business License
This is for you if you only plan on using The Stash for personal use, and for internal business projects, such as on client projects. You can NOT use this license if you are going to be using The Stash to build your own Squarespace templates for re-sale.
Under this license, you can —
Use the designs to create websites for your own business — from full websites, to sales pages, to anything else you can dream up (unlimited license)
Use the designs to create websites for your clients (unlimited license)
Use the designs as you need to for either of the above, without the need for crediting
Under this license, you cannot —
Use the designs within The Stash for re-sale of any kind, including to create your own Squarespace templates
Use the designs within The Stash for re-sale, to create your own template library similar to The Stash
Share The Stash with anyone who has not purchased it (other than a business partner)
02 — Re-Sale License
This license lets you do everything on the Personal/Internal Business License, with the addition of being allowed to use the templates inside The Stash for re-sale. This means you are good to go to create your own Squarespace templates from these designs.
You must edit the designs within The Stash if you are going to be re-selling them as your own Squarespace templates — you can not just re-sell The Stash as it exists. ‘Editing’ is defined as building out various website pages (as opposed to just selling single section templates, as they exist in The Stash), changing the fonts, colours, and images, and replacing the placeholder text.
Under this license, you can —
Use the designs to create websites for your own business — from full websites, to sales pages, to anything else you can dream up (unlimited license)
Use the designs to create websites for your clients (unlimited license)
Use the designs as you need to for either of the above, without the need for crediting
Use the designs within The Stash for re-sale of any kind, including to create your own Squarespace templates
Under this license, you cannot —
Use the designs within The Stash to create your own template library similar to The Stash
Share The Stash with anyone who has not purchased it (other than a business partner)
THE STASH EDITABLE ADOBE XD FILE LICENSING
The optional add-on Adobe XD EDITABLE file for The Stash has it’s own licensing. If you purchase this file, you agree to the following.
You may use the editable Adobe XD Stash designs to create Squarespace websites for your own business — based on the main Stash license you purchased. i.e. If you purchased the Commercial License, you are ONLY licensed to also use the designs from the editable Adobe XD for the same purpose, of building your own websites, or websites for your clients. If you purchased the Extended Commercial LIcense, you are licensed to use the editable Adobe XD file to create your designs for re-sale.
You may NOT RE-SELL, or REDISTRIBUTE the editable Adobe XD for The Stash at all. It is created for the purpose of assisting the design process of building websites using The Stash, it is not a resource for you to distribute as you wish.
If you want to use the Designs from the editable Adobe XD file for any other platform or website design outside of Squarespace/The Stash, you MUST PURCHASE THE EXTENDED LICENSE for it. Please email me hey@sianrichardson.co for more information.
You cannot share the editable Adobe XD file with anyone who has not purchased it (other than a business partner). You also cannot claim the designs as your own.
Refund Policy
As all products are digital + instant access, SIAN RICHARDSON does not offer refunds. All products have an abundant amount of information on the product pages and are represented to show what you can expect. Please be sure to read through properly before purchasing. Sharing of Digital Files & Copyright
Sharing, reselling, or distributing of items or files purchased in the digital shop, as well as any other digital proprietary information that is the property of SIAN RICHARDSON is strictly prohibited.
You may not use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
All copyrights to templates, elements, graphics, and kits are retained by SIAN RICHARDSON with all rights reserved. No other use is hereby authorized.
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner.
Payment Plans
If you purchase products on a PAYMENT PLAN you agree to complete ALL PAYMENTS, and you understand this is NOT a membership you can cancel. If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. If your Automatic Recurring Payment fails, you will need to add another payment method in order to keep your account up to date. In the event any payment is not made and you do not make a payment by the end of your billing cycle, your license and access will be suspended or cancelled.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Accuaracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, orders that use the same billing shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
