The VIP Design Day is your ticket: a full day of my design skills entirely at your service. Together, we'll dive into your design to-do list, and we’ll get.shit.done.

It's not just a one-and-done service; it's an experience that puts your brand in the spotlight. We'll be making moves, capturing attention, and knocking out some serious work while we're at it.

The nature of VIP Days might sound intense, but in reality I’m doing all of the heavy lifting for ya. Picture your brand's evolution quietly happening in the background while you do your thing.

Your only task? Just hit me with your feedback! Throughout the day, you’ll jump into our Notion Dashboard with your thoughts as I send over design pieces from our pre-set list of priorities. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes design maestro, taking care of all the details without the fuss.

The Process

Apply for a VIP Design Day, using the form below.

Tell me a bit about your business & what you’re working on! This helps me understand your project to see if you’re a good fit for a VIP Design Day.

02 —

We book in your date.

If we’re good to go, I’ll send you the agreement & invoice, and we’ll lock in your scheduled date!

03 —

You do the pre-work.

I’ll invite you to our Notion Dashboard where you can fill out a little project questionnaire & give me all of the deets! Don't worry; it's easy stuff, but it ensures we make the most of our time together.

04 —

Then we jam!

It's showtime! When our day arrives we dive headfirst into your brand and jam it out. You get to kick back and watch everything unfold, while I do my thing and get designing.

05 —

Follow up with any last designs, and email support.

After the VIP Design Day, we'll handle any last-minute refinements. Plus, if you need additional support or have questions later on, I've got you covered with one week of email support.

Example VIP Design Days

Here’s a few ideas of what we can get done in a single day. Got something else in mind? Let me know when you fill out the form below and we’ll chat about it.

  • A popular fave for VIP Days, we’ll take a Squarespace template from my Shop and customise it for your business.

    This includes setting up basic site styles, and designing 4-5 pages. Depending on the length of content, there can also be a couple additional tasks added here like simple Canva templates, etc.

  • Need a sales page for your offer? Let’s jam on it for a day! I’ll use some of my existing Squarespace templates to get us started (and to save time), and I’ll customise it to suit your brand and build out your entire sales page for your sweet new offer.

  • Got a bunch of random things you need someone to design up for you? I got it! This could include a mix of the below (but not everything)…

    • Lead Magnet sign up page design (Squarespace only)

    • Canva Templates for Social Media, Webinars, Emails, etc

    • Podcast Cover Graphics, and additional Promo Graphics

    • Launch Graphics for a new offer

    • Freebie/PDF Download Design

    • Adding additonal pages to an existing Squarespace website

    • Custom handwriting

    • Simple wordmark-only logos

  • VIP Days have taken off in the last few years across a few industries, because the nature of them means you get work done on a much shorter timeline, often with a smaller investment than a much larger project.

    VIP Days are ideal if you have a small project you need to get off the ground asap, without it taking months and many thousands of dollars to bring to life.

  • Two things here —

    1 — Experience! I’ve been a Designer for 12+ years now, so I have a really good understanding of my own skills, and what is realistically possible in a single day. It’s also important for me to work with clients that align with my vibe, so that when our day does land, we both get in the zone & get shit done.

    2 — And secondly, is the prep we will do leading up to the day. You’ll fill out a project questionnaire and a Branding doc so that I’m crystal clear on what we’re focusing on for the day. I’ll also do any prep work before hand to ensure we make the most of the day when it arrives.

  • Yes, you will need access to our shared Notion project dashboard during the day to provide feedback and answer questions as we work through your designs. The sooner you can reply to me with feedback, the faster the day moves along.

  • The nature of VIP Design Days mean we move quickly, and they are not made for a handful of bigger projects such as extensive fully custom Branding & Website Design, custom Illustration work, and custom Logo Design.

  • Full payment is due before our scheduled VIP Design Day. The payment can either be split in two, or paid in full.

  • I’m happy to make any small edits the next day if we can’t finish everything off (up to 30 minutes worth), or if there are any remaining things left we can book an additional half day.

    A side note here, but throughout the day I will keep you posted on our progress so you always know where we’re at. Aka, I don’t just hammer out a bunch of work, send it to you, then tell you the day is over. We’re always chatting through the day, as it’s designed to be productive, collaborative, and also FUN & EASY for you!

  • I’m based in British Columbia, Canada, on PT, but this doesn’t matter too much for our day together if you’re somewhere else.

    I’ve worked on VIP Design Days with clients all around the world, including Australia & the UK, and we’ve never had any problems, as it’s something we can both work with!

    For example, for clients in Australia I tend to ‘start’ the day a couple hours later than usual to account for the time difference.

    Basically, it’s totally not a problem & we can adjust the hours of the day slightly if we need to!
